Using some of the finest Wrexham produce, Luke Thomas, the master chef of the future, has created these bespoke, mouthwatering Wrexham recipes for us all to enjoy.
Luke Thomas is one of Britain’s Rising Culinary Stars, at 16 he’s already worked with Heston Blumenthal, Marcus Wareing, Gary Rhodes and Le Pergola in Rome. Luke currently trains at The Grosvenor, Chester and also studies at Connahs Quay High School. In 2009 Luke beat off over 7,000 competitors to be crowned FutureChef and from there stared on UKTV Food’s Market Kitchen. Luke also cooked for Prince Charles at the Duke of Westminster’s Estate for a celebration Dinner. His aim is to become the youngest holder of a Michelin Star. Luke made an appearance at the first Wrexham Food Festival held in 2010.
