To be held on Saturday 22nd October 2011, The Boat, Erbistock, Wrexham
Sample Wrexham’s finest traditional pork and speciality sausages, meet the butchers who made them and discover who will be crowned with the champion sausage 2011 title.
Entries to be delivered to The Boat, Erbistock between 10.00am – 11.00am
Judging to take place at 12.00noon
Awards to be presented at 1.30pm
